Νωρίτερα από κάθε άλλη χρονιά θα δουν οι συνταξιούχοι τις συντάξεις Ιανουαρίου 2026 στους λογαριασμούς τους, καθώς οι πληρωμές «σπάνε» σε δύο ημερομηνίες μέσα στον Δεκέμβριο.

Από το απόγευμα της Παρασκευής 19 Δεκεμβρίου για όσους πληρώνονται στις 22/12
Συντάξεις Ιανουαρίου 2026 – Νέοι συνταξιούχοι (από 1/1/2017)
Οι κύριες και επικουρικές συντάξεις για όλους τους νέους συνταξιούχους (μισθωτούς και μη μισθωτούς), που υπάγονται στον νόμο 4387/2016, θα καταβληθούν:
Παρασκευή 19 Δεκεμβρίου
Συντάξεις Ιανουαρίου 2026 – Μη μισθωτοί
Για περίπου 2,5 εκατ. μη μισθωτούς, οι πληρωμές των κύριων και επικουρικών συντάξεων του e-ΕΦΚΑ θα γίνουν:

Τι αλλάζει για τους συνταξιούχους
Το φετινό χρονοδιάγραμμα φέρνει νωρίτερη πληρωμή, καλύτερο προγραμματισμό ενόψει των γιορτών και –σε πολλές περιπτώσεις– αυξημένα ποσά, ενισχύοντας το διαθέσιμο εισόδημα των δικαιούχων.
